Drawn to music her whole life, Amanita is a UK-based artist who writes emotional, moody and atmospheric lyrics inspired by her life. She finds inspiration when she is faced with difficult times, she is driven by emotion and turns her sadness and misfortune into beautiful lyrical content. She moves people and tells stories with her music. Drawing inspiration from a broad range of genres, Amanita often takes aspects of pop-punk and creates moody, angry and hard-hitting instrumentation mixed with deep relatable lyrics that nod to folk. She creates whimsical visuals with her unique metaphors in her lyrics. Amanita has been played on Amazing Radio more than 5 times, she also has opened for Rough Trade Nottingham and has participated in a performance for a Pride Month event but plans to make more appearances in the future.
