Tks for Listen, Groooooooovemore

A few days ago, I mentioned that I was torn between Lyra’s and Ethan’s versions when deciding on a release. Since then, I’ve listened to both versions hundreds of times, yet I still haven’t been able to make a decision. Ethan is also eager to share his version on Slap before the official release to gauge people's interest and feedback. - Both Lyra and Ethan respect each other's versions and are fine with whichever one becomes the single title. - They’re grateful for the opportunity to shine among so many talented people, and I’m deeply thankful for their trust and dedication throughout this process.more

Initially, we planned to divide the song into two parts, with Ethan and Lyra taking turns singing the first and second verses. However, during the guide vocal process, Ethan suggested that a faster-paced retro vibe might suit the song better (similar to Shawn Mendes' Treat You Better), while Lyra felt that a hip-hop R&B vibe would be more fitting. - Since our goal wasn’t to make it onto the Billboard charts, we decided to spend a day creating separate versions to explore both directions. We haven’t decided which version to release yet, as both have their own unique appeal, leaving me, as the producer, in a bit of a dilemma. - Ethan’s version, with its quick lyrical delivery, has its undeniable charm, but Lyra’s soulful, emotionally charged vocals keep drawing me back. You should definitely check out Lyra’s version. If the time feels right, I’ll seek Ethan’s approval and share his version as well.more
