l am known as Chimemekx, an artist, song writer and producer. I am a Nigerian/ Belgian citizen. My passion for music started when l was a kid. Growing up, l used to listen to my mom sing, she was my idol and will always be. Music she once said is like an ignition key which switches you on when you are off no matter your mood. Here in Belgium Europe, l have decided to blend the Western and African style of music to give something unique in its own rank and style. l started making beats during the covid pandemic and along the way l decided to add a voice to it. My notable influencers are; Drake, Rihanna, Adele, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, R.Kelly, Bob Marley just to mention but a few. Music is all that we need to heal when our soul is in a lonely place.
