Hi, I’m J. Almeida Rocha, a software engineer and former drummer who never stopped loving music. For me, creating music is more than a passion, it’s a way of making sense of the world, staying grounded, and exploring the things that keep running through my head.
I write, record, and produce my songs myself, using AI as part of the process for instrumental production and some backing vocals. The lyrics, creative direction and lead vocals are mine, imperfections included.
I make music because it energizes me, and I share it in the hope that some of it might resonate with or energize someone else too.
🎵 Here you’ll find original songs shaped by personal experiences, reflections, groove, and probably a few existential questions along the way.
I’m also interested in collaborating and writing songs with other people — feel free to DM me.

Go so far
“Go So Far” is about presence, choice and human potential.
It explores how small actions can shape a life-time, how facing what we feel can guide us, and how freedom often lives in that moment before we choose what to do next.
A reminder that growth is built one conscious choice at a time, and how that we can take us much further than we think.

Make it Real
“Make It Real” is a song about reconnecting with the dreams you once had, and finding the courage to actually walk toward them. Not every dream works out, but sometimes the real victory is that we become more alive with every step we take chasing them.
So I'd say, dare to dream, then go and make it real.

F.L.G.
“F.L.G. (Feel Live Groove)” is about reconnecting with the present, with your senses, your body, your heart, and letting go of control.
Sometimes you just need to take a step, feel the ground, breathe with your heartbeat… and trust where the groove takes you.
Feel. Live. Groove.
