Vancouver, BC, Canada

British Columbia native Josh Maitre is an artist who aims to break barriers in the Hip-Hop scene by being unorthodox in style and delivery. He’s brought his West Coast sound to the local scene and is now focusing on expanding outwards. Growing up in a small city, the odds have always been stacked against him. This has never intimidated him though, as he has slowly moved up the ranks and built a reputation as one of the budding young artists in British Columbia, and is nowhere near done. Josh shows off his unrivalled creativity on releases such as his collaborative album "Note 2 Self" with Young Sambito, or his latest release "INDICA". Over the course of a few years, Josh has transformed his musical style, and experimented with other genres like Pop and Electronic in ways you can listen and bare witness to. His journey is something you’ll want to be a part of. God bless.
