My mom died when I was 1 Dad drank himself to death. I got expelled numerous times for fighting, drugs, & numerous other things. It followed me into adulthood. Right out of juvie, I got into drugs & became really good at turning family & friends into enemies. In turn i spent most my life in the streets. My sons mother took off cross country when she got pregnant so I left my whole life behind to be a Dad. But my lifestyle followed me til i was broke, alone, and sleeping under a bridge with snow on both sides. My son turned 5 & I had to make a decision. Get clean & Be the dad I always wanted or keep using til I was just another statistic dead under a bridge somewhere. Music was always the one thing that inspired me. It's always been the one place I could go when my depression got unbearable. So I traded drugs for lyrics, got a job & became a full time Dad. Now I share my pain & life lessons thru music & even if it helps just one person change that will be enough for me...
