I’m Tammy Murillo — a songwriter, creator, and storyteller who turns real life into music. After losing one of my daughters and stepping into the role of raising her two young children, writing became my way to breathe again. My songs are pieces of my heart — the pain, the healing, the love, the resilience, and the hope that kept me going when life felt impossible. I create across genres because my emotions don’t fit in just one box. Some days it’s country, some days it’s pop, sometimes it’s soulful or raw and stripped down. But no matter the style, every lyric I write comes from a real place. I want people to feel understood, less alone, and reminded that their story matters. I’m building my artist journey one song at a time — with honesty, courage, and the belief that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. If my music touches even one heart, then I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do.
