Mahihkan Music is a representation of resilience, through tragedy in a path of grief, trauma and recovery. An Industrial, Rock, EDM music artist, based out of Regina, Saskatchewan. This journey started in 2001, to deal with the murder of his cousin, whom was like a brother. This inspired Mahihkan Music to put emotion into song writing and promote positive healing through music. Mahihkan Music performs in the genre of Industrial, Rock and EDM and sounds like a Tribe Called Red combined with Nine Inch Nails with a rock flavour of Guns and Roses. Influences are conceptual, industrial music artists with a tremendous stage persona. The bands Author and Punisher, Nine Inch Nails, Skrillex, Insane Clown Posse, Slipknot, Deadmau5 and Michael Jackson are major live show influences for Mahihkan Music. Mahihkan Music released a Rock demo CD in 2017 and currently writing a new rock album "Lateral Violence" and an Industrial album called "Memoire of an Indigenous Artist." in 2021.
