Aremu Olamide Shamsudeen, professionally known as MoSliim studied English Language at Obafemi Awolowo University and was initially focused on dance. He began writing music around 2020. MoSliim describes his sound as "Afro-fusion," blending bright Afrobeat rhythms with his own mix of singing and smooth freestyling. He writes songs that audiences can relate and move to. His music is said to be influenced by the likes of Olamide, Wizkid, Bob marley, Koffee and Burnaboy. MoSliim often uses uptempo Afro, Fuji and Caribbean style of composition.
