Born and raised on Detroit's Eastside, Myke saw the effects of drug, gang, and hustle culture early. The gangster image was appealing but he knew early there's lines that shouldn't be crossed. Providence led him to school in Oklahoma, then Florida where he had a radical encounter with Jesus that changed his life. He had searched for relief in the distraction of college girls, clubbing, and alcohol but found real peace in surrendering his life to Jesus. He dedicated his life to using his powerful voice and vivid story telling as an instrument of war in the hand of his Creator! Originally influenced by prolific lyricist like BIG, AZ, Jay Z and Eminem, he first introduced to Christian artist like Cross Movement, then Thi'sl, Da Truth, and Bizzle. Already a conscience rap/hardcore hip-hop hybrid he found a new home in 'Christian Rap.' He's collaborated & shared Stages with artist like Pro-Verbs, Royce Lovett, and 1159 Gang. His passion's reaching the lost and compelling the hard hearted.
