Hello folks This is a brand new song. I wrote this story in the form of a poem that became the lyrics. Yes the part of the lyrics are my personal experince specially the part of survival. It's about to be in destination A and you dream of getting to B. After visualising the story the chord progression and the melody for the verses came quickly. I got a little stuck with other part so as I always do I give it a rest for a while. And (as usual) the rest simply came to me. New Sunday is mainly a studio band. I write the music and the lyrics and do an initial arrangement. Create an instrumental audio file for Lizzie our vocalist. Then my dear producer Simon always does some magig in the arrangement and the final mixing and mastering. He also adds instruments if needed. The three of us are in constant communication through the process and we wote for the final version. The song alanlysis It is in the key of G major. 4/4 time signature and 103 BPM. The main chords are E minor, G major, C major and A minor. It was tempting to write the pre chorus and the chorus with different chords but I didn' have to. Em-G-C-Am are powerful chord progression. Detail analysis The musical piece combines elements of rock, folk, world and country music with pop, electronic and Latin genres. It has an energetic soundscape that is full of energy and excitement. The emotional impact is strong as it captures the essence of love, heartbreak or joy in a relatable way. Overall vibe is upbeat and lively with that capture you to listen to the end. It happens to all of us. We try to save relationships even when, deep down, we know they're already lost.
