Into the quiet world of 13th to 17th century medieval lullabies, this project centers on slow, steady compositions near 40 BPM, crafted to calm the mind and ease the body. Drawing inspiration from cradle songs once heard in stone halls and timber homes, each piece moves with deliberate softness and restraint. The sound is shaped to evoke music played by the hearth, where low firelight and gentle tones create a space for rest and reflection. This work is intended for listeners seeking deep relaxation, focused study, meditation, or peaceful sleep. There are no sudden swells or jarring rhythms, only a warm, grounded ambience that unfolds patiently over time. Rooted in the spirit of medieval tradition, these lullabies offer a quiet refuge from the noise of the modern world, inviting the listener to settle, breathe, and rest.
