Born and raised in Bangalore, Sam Sharath is a musician who converted his passion for music into a full-time pursuit. At university, whilst pursuing a degree in commerce, he was a key member in several bands and acapella groups, partook in numerous inter-university competitions and bagged corresponding accolades. With an overwhelming desire to dedicate his life to music, Sam subsequently opted for a bachelor's degree in music education at The Bangalore Conservatory, majoring in piano. Choosing to optimally utilise his time after class, Sam further took it upon himself to spread his passion and knowledge of music by teaching the piano and keyboard at music schools and privately, trained students for Trinity examinations, and continued to perform as a solo artist and with other musical ensembles as a session musician. Having amassed a wealth of information and experience, Sam has decided to venture into the world as a composer, with a keen interest to create background scores for s
