Throughout our lives, we were taught to remain humble at all times. Then I begin to revisit every situation in my past whereas I’ve intentionally lowered my own self importance for the sake of business, family and intimate relationships and come to find every time I was done wrong was when I was humbling myself around others in order for them to like me which in return the like was only because I was being taking advantage of.
