Demetria DeLaney-Kolb, better known as SoreaL Tha Boss, is an American Artist, Dancer, MC/Host, Event Planner, and Ambassador and Secretary for the BAF ''Black Achievement Fund'' Organization. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, she moved to Lawton, Oklahoma where she started dancing for a Hip-Hop/RnB competitive dance group called ''Mad Confusion'', founder Savalas Chapman. After traveling for six years, she linked up with the Definition Dj's in 2014. She worked withe the likes of Marco Polo from ''Hi-Five'', Lil Ronnie, Big Tuck, Dmx, Ja Rule, Mr. Pookie, and many more. She also launched SoreaL Entertainment in 2014, an event planning and promotional service. She later started doing Cameos in early 2019. She then featured on a Single with a local Artist Tree da Touch ''WORK''. Then in December of 2019, SoreaL Tha Boss signed a deal with ''Tree Hit Records''. She had her debut single release January 14,2020. Since then she has released 4 singles.
