The song is about my childhood and the emotions and feelings that I had because of the lack of fatherly love. The song is about the wounds I had because of it when I was 14 years old. The lyrics and melody realistically depict pain and sadness. There are feelings of loneliness, depression, despair, anger, lack and disappointment, and longing.
