Alex is a cellist from Los Angeles, CA, known for his distinctive sound and unconventional way of playing and performing. He began cello at the age of four, immediately knowing that the cello was his future. Growing up almost exclusively playing classical music, Alex always knew that he wanted to do something completely different - so at the age of 14 he produced and mixed his first cover song. From then on he began to play around with different sounds and different ways of playing, realizing that his heart lay far from classical music. Eventually, upon the arrival of 2020 he decided to take a break from performing for a year. That year turned into three, and in January of 2023, Alex decided to revamp himself, completely straying from Classical music, and began a project including Pop, R&B, Soul, Jazz, amongst other genres. His current project is an hour long, 15 song set that covers the past 7 years of his life, taking you through many eras such as love, heartbreak, infidelity, etc.
