Signed to Red Phase Records, Scooby released his first studio album in 2016 aptly titled Hello World.
Born Tyson Bettis in Atlanta, Georgia, rapper Scooby signed with Red Phase Records a new up and coming record company. His father Dennis Bettis is a songwriter who earned 2-Grammy nominations for “You Are” by Charlie Wilson. He also has credits to artist such as: Luther Vandross, Johnny Gill, Boyz II Men and Dru Hill. After signing with Red Phase Records Scooby worked on his debut mixtape, Let’s Play released in 2015.
In 2016, Scooby issued his official debut, Hello World, featuring the single "Dope". Later that year, the single "Summer Breeze," became an instant classic for the summer. What Happens After Dark followed in 2018, with hits like “Let Me Know” and “B.T.O.Y
