I was going through a bit of an emotional break up with my ex when I wrote this. From a man’s prospective I wanted it to end but she guilt trip me to stay even though truly I needed to get away. This is song is that story how I felt that I was there physically sure but I wasn’t emotionally with all the craziness and controlling she would do in our relationship. It’s called Cliche cause that relationship was a cliche claiming we were meant to be or that I fell head over heels for her and in the end it’s just that all cliches nothing elsemore
