The entire track is supposed to more or less make you feel something unsettling or just have a visceral reaction to it, not necessarily be something you play to relax or dance to. Sort of like a soundtrack for a really weird and slightly disturbing video game (closest thing I could imagine is what I'd expect if I was entering the apartments in silent hill 2 or some place that's clearly haggard and off-putting .)
