“Is he rock or is he pop…R&B or hip hop?”, such a question can be used in regards to Johnny Valentine. An eclectic individual, Johnny Valentine will make music about anything that comes to mind. From simplistic punk and industrial groove metal to R&B ballads and avant-garde indie or folktronica, it’s safe to say that Johnny’s music sensibilities vary as much as the seasons themselves. Inspired by artists such as Prince, White Zombie, Deftones, The Cure, and Kanye West to name a few, it becomes easier to understand the eclecticism mentioned earlier. Starting his music journey in December of 2023, Johnny looks for ways to honor the artists who came before him while also separating and expressing himself musically in ways he otherwise couldn’t.

God Lives Underwater (Official Version)
"Maybe God's not in the sky, maybe he's an aquatic guy".
