KHAMETHY9 is a rapper, singer, and songwriter blending pink glam, trap grit, and raw storytelling into one new era. After creating as Cameron and taking time away to find his real voice, he re-emerged as KHAMETHY9 – a name inspired by methionine, the “start” amino acid in DNA, symbolizing fresh beginnings and self-designed evolution. His music lives where gay trap, R&B melodies, and confession-style lyrics collide. Smooth vocals, sharp pen, and hooks that feel like diary entries with a flex. Drawing inspiration from artists like Rico Nasty, Playboi Carti, Muni Long, Doja Cat, and SZA, he channels bold queer energy, emotional honesty, and genre-blurring chaos into every track. As an independent artist, KHAMETHY9 has been quietly building his world – writing for himself and others, developing his sound, and shaping a visual identity rooted in pink, glamour, and danger. This era marks the official rollout of his story: a new name, new sound, and no more shrinking himself to fit anyo
