My journey as a songwriter began with a simple, heartfelt goal: to write a song for my bride on our wedding day. What started as a personal expression of love quickly grew into a lasting passion. Since then, I’ve written over 30 songs, each one capturing moments, emotions, and stories that matter to me.
I constantly challenge myself to grow as an artist by exploring a wide range of genres, including rock, blues, gospel, R&B, indie, and country. Each style pushes me in new creative directions while helping me refine my voice as a storyteller.
For me, songwriting is more than whether I’m just writing about love, faith, struggle, or everyday life. My goal is always the same: to create music that feels real and resonates with people. I want listeners to hear my songs and find something of themselves in the stories I tell.
As I continue to evolve as a songwriter, I remain committed to authenticity, creativity, and the pursuit of meaningful expression—one song at a time.

Spinnin' By The Ocean
Song Insights: "Spinnin" By the Ocean" by Rich Lewson
Sometimes the hardest part is just showing up.
"Spinnin' by the Ocean" was inspired by my fiancée, who almost skipped her weekly spin class because she wasn't feeling motivated. She decided to go anyway because her friends would be there—and it turned into one of her best workouts.
That simple moment inspired this song about pushing through doubt, leaning on the people around you, and finding joy on the other side of showing up.
🎵 "Spinnin' by the Ocean" is streaming now on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and all major music platforms.
