The first song I’d like to share with you is “Sugarcane.” 🍭🎶 It was originally written in Tagalog, but I asked GPT to translate it into Korean. The song was inspired by K-pop, which I’ve loved for a long time. Why “Sugarcane”? For me, it represents sweetness. In the Philippines, we often associate sweetness with being in love, so I came up with the idea of sugarcane. From there, I incorporated other sweet things like lollipops and honey, all connected to the idea of sugar and sweetness. It’s a simple concept, but behind it is a feeling I wanted to turn into music.more
