The independent, spirited, middle son of a working mother, Poe Young plenty of time to indulge in his favorite activities-rehearsing lyrics, and vocals of popular artists, and literally falling in love with the music field. After school he competed in local talent shows with his older and younger brothers, the three of them winning many of the competitions. Influenced by a family of singers and musicians, at the early age of 15, he began composing and recording cd's, music , and lyrics, for friends and family. Determined to succeed, he continued his education following high school in Cleveland, OH, with recording workshop in Chillicothe,Oh, and class at stark state in Canton,Oh. He emerged into the music field a few years ago as opening act for leading top artists spanning his music career over 10 years. His music covers many diverse subjects and is highlighted by love and everyday subjects and is highlighted by love and everyday sagas of life.
