Rod Barrett is an independent music artist who grew up in Lancaster, PA where he learned to play the guitar at a young age. As time went on, Rod continued through school to get into Penn State University to get his Computer Engineering degree and pursue Software Engineering. After some time, (and a few guitars later) he realized his passion in music was too much to keep to himself and started producing his own music along with his friends. Some of Rod Barrett's biggest influences are Eddie Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix, Randy Rhoads, Andy Timmons, and David Gilmour.
