He’s a passionate musician songwriter who captivates through the eyes of struggle and triumph. Life was no walk in the park for this Manhattan born, Jersey raised artist. Sajjad started writing at the age of 15, but the street life was a huge distraction, which led to legal troubles. Sometimes in life you must hit rock bottom before you get back up stronger than ever before. It took a ten year hiatus and a few run-ins with the law before he began writing again in 2019. Getting back in the studio was therapeutic. Overcoming hardships and traveling to the Middle East to explore his Persian roots was eye opening.
