State of Clarity is a Progressive Pop duo whose bass-heavy tracks implement a unique spin on modern music. The group aims to take your breath away with art that is heavy-hitting and bold without pushing the boundaries into extremity. Clarity over confusion. In their sophomore year of college, members Mitch Robinson and John Luke Nance, founded the musical collaboration with a vision of creating something amazing. Both were ready to jump ship on the musical styles they grew up in: Mitch with his roots in Hip-Hop, and John Luke with his past ties to the metalcore scene. Leaving backgrounds behind was the only move for the group to step into the unknown of establishing something completely new. State of Clarity's music touches on topics like hardship, marriage, love, joy, and their ultimate faith in God.
