Hey community, Today I'm sharing "Faltering Heart," a ballad I composed (inspired by a very personal experience) that leans towards Emotional Pop / Cinematic soundscapes. The Concept: The song explores the urgency and vulnerability of a love that's about to end ("Hold me close, don't let me go, I'm on the edge of losing hope"). I tried to translate this emotion through a progressive arrangement that builds in intensity. What I'm looking for constructive feedback on: Mix/Mastering: Does the sound feel wide and "cinematic" enough? Is the vocal sitting correctly without being drowned out by the production?
