The Call is about suddenly losing someone who means everything to you, and struggling to cope with the idea of carrying on without them - The guilt you feel even contemplating moving on. And so rather than moving on, you'd rather wait for their call so you can be together again. - Mastered by mixea.com Lyrics: Time doesn't truly heal, it covers up the wound Imprinted on my heart, you're so hard to extrude Without you in-hand, it's the darkest of the night The moon's pull pales against the strength of your light Stolen from life, taken away Stolen from love, take me I pray Yes when you choose to call, I want to hear your calling Like old church bells put out the call on a sunny Sunday morning And if you ever reach for me, I want to feel your skins graze Like the morning sun, warm on my skin as it meets it's rays To you my soul remains entwined, forever and a day No longer here, forever there, why couldn't you just stay? Left all alone without you here, my heart screams and cries My love, my comfort my world, my heart and soul just dies Stolen from life, taken away Stolen from love, take me I pray Yes when you choose to call, I want to hear your calling Like old church bells put out the call on a sunny Sunday morning And if you ever reach for me, I want to feel your skins graze Like the morning sun, warm on my skin as it meets it's rays Stolen from life, taken away Stolen from love, take me I pray Yes when you choose to call, I want to hear your calling Like old church bells put out the call on a sunny Sunday morning And if you ever reach for me, I want to feel your skins graze Like the morning sun, warm on my skin as it meets it's raysmore
