Composed several years ago, Cosmic Harmony draws on a deep fascination with space and an instinctive desire to venture into it. The piece evokes the vastness of the cosmos and the almost sacred solitude of a traveler adrift in the infinite.
Written entirely in 12/8 and shaped by a slow tempo, it unfolds a feeling of drifting, amplified by airy chords that let the sonic horizon breathe. The second section gradually accelerates, revealing a kind of inner momentum.
Its modal writing in the Dorian mode brings a gentle, subdued light — a fragile balance between calm and vertigo at the heart of solitude.
