Hi everyone With this song, titled ‘What’s On there?’, we are going back even further in time to the year 2002! This song, features yours truly on guitar and vocals, with Kevin Bartlett on drums and Steve Eastment on bass guitar. This band was together for only 2 years, yet during this brief time, we managed to cram in a lot of music and a lot of gigs! ‘What’s On There?’ was recorded at ‘Magic Garden Studios’ with a well-known UK producer by the name of Gavin Monaghan, and we would ultimately end up recording around 15 songs with Gavin over the course of 2 years, beginning with this one in 2002 and ending in 2004! I wrote this song as a tribute to those painful crushes we get on people from time to time, and a particular mix tape I once gave to a girl as a hint! Yep, you can’t make your feelings for someone any more obvious than by putting a mix tape together for them!! Not sure she ever did listen to it though … haha ‘Play it in your car.
