Hi everyone With this song, titled ‘What’s On there?’, we are going back even further in time to the year 2002! This song, features yours truly on guitar and vocals, with Kevin Bartlett on drums and Steve Eastment on bass guitar. This band was together for only 2 years, yet during this brief time, we managed to cram in a lot of music and a lot of gigs! ‘What’s On There?’ was recorded at ‘Magic Garden Studios’ with a well-known UK producer by the name of Gavin Monaghan, and we would ultimately end up recording around 15 songs with Gavin over the course of 2 years, beginning with this one in 2002 and ending in 2004! I wrote this song as a tribute to those painful crushes we get on people from time to time, and a particular mix tape I once gave to a girl as a hint! Yep, you can’t make your feelings for someone any more obvious than by putting a mix tape together for them!! Not sure she ever did listen to it though … haha ‘Play it in your car. Sing it in your room …’ Enjoy 😊more

Praying For Rain, is a demo from way back in 2006 which I never got around to recording properly, (hence the dodgy mix). It’s a song about many things, but at its heart, it is a song about contradiction; wanting to procrastinate, whilst at the same time working hard and being prepared for something. An odd wish for some external catastrophe to get in the way and sabotage things before ones hard work gets the chance to be either a success, or a monumental fail! Yes, some very odd and complex themes going on in this one! Enjoy😊more

Hi everyone! Now we are really going back in time, as this song, is from way back in 2006! Green Dress is 1 of around 6 songs I submitted for my final dissertation at University back in 2006, when the criteria for each song, was to use certain types of music 'theory' and then score every instrument and vocal with the use of Sibelius software. This is not a boy girl love song, and is actually being sung from a mothers perspective, gently pleading with her daughter to please refrain from her dangerous affiliation with a reckless group of Greenpeace activists. All instruments and vocals performed by yours truly. Enjoy :-)more
