I was struggling a lot when I wrote this song. I hadn't created in months and I was feeling really beaten down. I was watching all these artists release music, do collaborations, and still receive traction during COVID. But it was one comment in particular that shook me. This comment made me feel so small. But instead of letting that thought eat me alive, It turned into "Who are you to say that to me?" and "You don't know anything about me." Hearing myself say this inspired me to jump on the piano and let my thoughts flow. This song is meant to be a message to anyone letting others tell them what they're worth. more
