RAIN by Suzanne Siebert is about losing my twin sister Anya, to cancer and losing my best friend at the same time. Being a twin is extremely hard to explain, it's you in another way. One that is shared, and always with you, and you with them. When I thought about all the things I did and didn't do, for Anya and felt the grief and guilt about it all RAIN was written. The opening line Ít's going to rain, rain soon.. is referring to the tears that swamped me. 2 days before her final brain seizure at home she asked my to keep doing my lyrics and music I made a promise to myself to dedicate a collection of songs to her.
