Thank you, Sunoai. News in showbiz: The worlds famous singer Estelle K. wont sing her song "My venom" tonight. According to her agent, she has no copy and no right.) I went to the studio, recorded my song Worked through the night, felt nothing was wrong But just one day later, as I danced to the beat, My lawyer said, "Hold up, there's trouble on repeat..." They say: we can't release it It's out of our hands The rights aren't ours, No chance to expand. We don't have the rights! Oh no! Oh no! We don't have the rights! Now the track won't show. I can't sing "my venom" An 80s hymn of rock, Surely I could try But then they would me block! My very own lyrics, my blood, my tears The tale of devotion, turned to fears. The tune was magic, set my soul on fire Now it's locked away in a courtroom mire. Not bad for a debut album isn't it? Embarrassing galore Damn copyright won't fit I hope, there's nothing more! They say I can re-sing it, but it won't be the same The melody's stolen, it's a legal game. My magnum opus, now down the drain All for some paper, and all of this pain. I begged my lawyer, I called my agent too: "Is there something we can do? Maybe in disguise?" "No chance, girl, it'd mean your career demise!" The pain of loss was only over-pained By my foot when I hit the wall, screaming "Fuck, fuck, fuck!" They say: we can't release it It's out of our hands The rights aren't ours, No chance to expand. We don't have the rights! Oh no! Oh no! We don't have the rights! Now the track won't show. I can't sing "my venom" An 80s hymn of rock, Surely I could try But then they would me block! It was called "My Venom" But I can't sing it here. I paid the price... (was fürn Scheiß!)more
