With this release, I am honoring my Jewish heritage by reimagining Hava Nagila which is one of the most well-known and beloved Jewish folk songs through my own artistic lens :DDD , Rather than simply recreating the trad version, i have blended it with my own electronic style...for years I built things out of code, signals, noise and..broken systems. This release is no diff....except this time I am rebuilding smth older than any network i've ever touched...The melody remains the same melody that brought joy to countless ppl before me but now it also carries my story, my struggles and my voice.. A folk song that has travelled through generations now travels through circuits, speakers and digital networks ^^....I chose to bring it to my own world..I deconstructed it, rewired it and rebuilt it through the sounds and style that define me as an artist. This is Hava Nagila, through the eyes of Shadowxxvxh ; more
