Singer Songwriter? Here’s one that I wrote last week and sang on Friday. In the tradition of the genre, this is a simple composition of guitar and vocals with the Brothers and Sisters helping out. ——— Song by Scott A. Did you ever let me go I can cry… But these tears will never show - Please tell me what I should do I’m sorry I disappointed you I never meant those things I said I guess the drinks just went to my head - Oh why….. Did you ever let me go I can cry… But these tears will never show - Someday somehow I’ll get better soon Someday somehow I believe I can change - I believe I can change - All I want is relevance Can someone give me just half a chance Is there a future for us to see Do you believe in eternity If you remember the days gone by We thought we lived in paradise - Oh why….. Did you ever let me go I can cry… But these tears will never show But these tears will never show - Someday somehow I’ll get better soon Someday somehow I believe I can change - I believe I can change - Someday somehow We’ll get better soon Someday somehow I believe We can change - We believe We can change - Someday somehow I’ll get better soon Someday somehow I believe I can change - I believe We can change - © 2024 Scott A.
