IBIS is an indie/pop/rock group from Espoo, Finland. The group consists of Markus (vocals), Lauri (guitar) and Mitro (drums). All the members got to know each other in the same music school. They formed IBIS in 2019 because of they're passion for playing in a band and making their own music. Their sound is mostly influenced by British pop/rock of the 70s-90s and the modern indie scene. They all play multiple instruments on the records they've released. They also recently started producing their own music. IBIS' music channels topics of feeling lost as well as finding your place in the world. Being loved or left alone. Loving and appreciating nature and the people around you.
