I am Sollipto, a Scandinavian-American rapper, singer, songwriter, engineer, and guitarist. I was born in Grand Rapids, MI and migrated to Atlanta, GA to further pursue my music career. I am 25 years old and have performed alongside and worked with a few of hip-hop's most revered Emcees such as Twista, the Outlawz (Young Noble & EDI Mean) and Tech N9ne. My career began as a teenager playing guitar and singing with various rock and metal bands until I discovered my gift of writing rhymes; in fact, my father was a battle rapper along with my uncles so it was only natural. As for my influences I credit a number of artists across many genres for birthing my style including 2Pac, Lil Wayne, DMX, 50 Cent, Nas, Eminem, Nirvana, Metallica, Van Halen, Megadeth, Marilyn Manson, Linking Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC, Nipsey Hussle, Wardruna, and Ice Cube
