1907 is an experimental, harmony-based alternative music project from Rob George and Craig Campbell. Their brand new album, 'A Lifetime in the Making' is a collection of original songs selected from the artists versatile musical collaboration and song writing partnership. The duo emerged from the ashes of previous bands in Derby, and instantly connected through a desire to create unique studio records with a style inspired by a combination of the artist's many and varied influences. Craig Campbell plays guitar, bass, harmonica and is lead vocalist. Rob George plays drums, keys, piano, backing vocals and produces the music. All songs written and performed by Craig Campbell and Rob George. Produced by Rob George.

The Great Divide
The Great Divide is the third and final 1907 single leading to the release of the imminent second album, later this year.
The song is a hefty indie/rock groove, with soaring guitars, driving bass and uplifting rock organ.
The harmony rich vocals follow the relatively rare story of an amicable break up. We have all been involved in some brutal separations, and there are a million songs dedicated to the destructive capacity of romantic supernova! But the amicable break-up can be equally as poetic and life-affecting.
The song is released on the 21/01/24 on all usual streaming platforms.
