I started rapping because I was inspired from other rappers in my neighborhood (NIA Amity Heights). I used to listen to their music and try learning the lyrics word for word & see them shooting music videos, being in rap cyphers & battle rap sometimes. I would just watch/listen to them, and I loved the energy it made me feel. So, me & my best friend (Haddy) started playing around with rap, freestyling over instrumentals blasting through the tv's just having fun. Until I realized that it was another way to express my true feelings and share it with others. Once I understood that I began working on my craft and take it more seriously.
