Edgar Seepersaud, publicly known as E.G. (which stands for Eternal Govenaw), is a versatile dancehall recording artist, who also dabbles in soca and other urban genres from time to time. Though he was born in Guyana, E.G. and his family moved to St. Lucia when he was 11 years old and then to America at age 14. Shinehead's "UNITY" album, for him hooked on music, the more he listened to Artist like Shinehead, Shabba Ranks, Big Daddy Kane, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, and Mad Cobra, the more passionate he became about a career in music. Once in America he created the Diamond Head Sound System E.G. released his first 12" In 1994 his group "The R.E.D BOYS", Having recently released several singles; "HEAD GONE" On the "Start Up Riddim" EP by BKA records; "SHAKE IT SHAKE IT" remix and "FADE AWAY" done as a collaboration with BigBillz, E.G. is now in full promo mode to ensure that the world hears his new music. He is prepping an EP that he hopes to have ready for summer.
