This is my debut single recorded professionally. A decade in the making and a dark trip to hell, wasn’t exactly the way I imagined it happening. I made sure to plant a seed when I first got there & that seed turned into a beautiful tree that’s thriving in heaven. The day I finished writing this song I fell on my knees crying out the same two things over & over again. “It shouldn’t have been this hard” & “Mom I never gave up”! While no one was there with me at that moment. I knew it was only a matter of time that many would feel that moment when this song was heard. more
