Calm Your Racing Mind
Inspired by Lana Del Rey’s “LA Who Am I To Love You”, Calm Your Racing Mind’s whimsical and dreamlike timbre explores anecdotes about pain, hope, and serenity. Originally written as a poem, a melody archived in my drafts became an unexpected fit for its feel and thematic meaning. And a spoken word came to be.
