In 2024, my entire life fell apart. My marriage ended, my career ended, and most of my support network went with it; practically overnight. I found myself back in my childhood bedroom with nothing but time, pain, and my guitars... What followed was two years of intensive therapy, and on the advice of my therapist, I'd write songs and bring them to therapy to unpack. For the longest time, my therapist was my only fan... Turns out, that's the exact audience I needed for this kind of work. These songs are in emotional order, rather than chronological order... the order ugly things came up, and the result of what healing them sounded like.
