Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration 1-800-662-HELP(4357) or www.samhsa.gov 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) Though this space is typically reserved for artist-specific information, The Piper isn't overly concerned about all of that. He would much rather use this space to advocate for the use of mental health services, such as the two listed above. After listening to the songs you will see that the music speaks for itself and the lyrics, in effect, are a diary detailing The Piper's struggles with personal demons. As some of the emotionally evocative lyrics suggest, The Piper is familiar with the risks associated with mental health issues, and strongly encourages those that may be experiencing symptoms of any mental health issues to please seek immediate attention. Your total value is greater than the sum of your parts. So reach out BEFORE you hit crisis stage. Because AFTER could be too late.

Almost (Skin & Bones Mix)
THIS SONG IS FOR SALE! I don't know where they come from- I'm just a simple song writer who sends them out to the world. This one's country and would be a hit for artists like George Strait, Darius Rucker; or, with some minor lyrical modification, female artist like Dolly Parton, Brandi Carlile. Or, heck- maybe even YOU.more

So there's this phrase- "Three chords and the truth"- that I borrowed the music concept from. Then I drew inspiration from Prince for the lyrics- I've always loved his word play and story telling. Then I tossed in over 20 pop culture easter eggs just for kicks. I played with multiple styles- rock, acoustic, etc.- and settled on a blend that resulted in an 80s New Wave sound. Enjoy!more
