Veana Marie was born and raised in MA where she started at an early age writing poetry & singing in church. She studied music at Barnstable Highschool and was accepted to Berklee School of music. Finding that she wanted to be more hands on, Veana left Berklee and started working for a small local record label out of Boston where she recorded, wrote music & scouted for talented musicians & singers. While putting her music career on hold to have a family, Veana never stopped writing & released her 1st mixtape entitled "The Heat is Calling " in 2012.
