Born and raised in Edmonton, Will McCarty has been playing electric and acoustic guitar since he was 13 years old. Will draws from a variety of musical influences. When you hear his guitar playing, you'll hear the influences of some of his biggest heroes; including, BB King, Eric Clapton, The Edge, and Brad Paisley. Music has always been a way with which Will has found peace and purpose in his life. His sense of self-identity has always been driven by music and the sheer excitement it brings him. His debut EP release titled, Belonging, showcases all of the musical angles unique to Will. You'll hear chicken picken' fueled guitar riffs, blistering blues guitar solos, lush symphony esque guitar parts, and a voice that is both honest and heartfelt.
