Keenan Smith, also known as kJa'Von, is an independent music producer from Saginaw, MI. kJa'Von began taking piano lessons at age 7, but discontinued them and continued practicing on his own. He began learning the drum set around the same age, then later enrolled in the Saginaw High School Mighty Marchin'​ Trojan Band his sophomore year in high school, primarily featured on the snare drum. kJa'Von also learned the quad toms, tenor, and bass drum. During and after participating in his high school marching band, Keenan learned how to create instrumentals and has produced over 200 original instrumentals during his high school career. Being an influenced producer of R&B, Hip-Hop, Rap, Pop, Rock, Jazz (Smooth Jazz), Soundtrack, and Electronic music, kJa'Von lends his hand to artists alike. He features in local Michigan band," We, The Infamous" and engineers for other talent.
